I had 1/2 cup of lowfat cottage cheese, 1 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal and 3 or 4 strawberries for breakfast. I had half a wheat bagel, a pouch of Starkist tuna, 4 strawberries and a plum for lunch. In just that I already have about 50 grams of protein for the day, but only about 750-800 calories and I still feel pretty good after not eating anything since lunch about 3 hours ago!... - Reply by Jen R

a GIANT bowl of mixed greens (romaine, spinach, iceburg) + 1 can tuna in water + 1 tbsp light mayo (serves as both "glue" for the tuna and as a salad dressing - and at only 45 cals!) + 1 tsp spicy mustard + lots of diced up veggies - tomato, celery, onion mix it all up - and you have a delicious and very healthy dinner! yum! ... - Reply by am evolved
